The Vellinger String Quartet‘s international career has yielded enthusiastic reviews throughout Europe and the USA. Formed in 1991, this young British Quartet is recognised as one of the best of their generation.

Lawrence Power, spotted when he played for us in March 1999 alongside the flautist Gary Arbuthnot, is rapidly becoming known as a soloist. Having attended the Julliard School, he has earned splendid reviews, and won numerous international prizes. He is sponsored by the Countess of Munster Trust.

The Auer Quartet, founded in Budapest in 1990, attended master classes with the Amadeus Quartet. They won the 7th International String Quartet Competition in London in 1997, since when they have toured the world to much acclaim.
